I hope those of you who have not yet experienced the New England Municipal Clerks’ Institute & Academy (NEMCI&A) will consider doing so this year. The Institute will be held July 11–17, 2026. Once registration opens, enrollment will be first come, first served, and spots tend to fill quickly, so please keep this opportunity on your radar.
